The company has been offering carp fishing venues since 1997 and today we have over three hundred acres of prime angling venues for you to get your teeth into. They include:


All of our tickets are offered on a rolling basis – 12 or 6 months fishing from when you join.

Guest tickets​
The Silver ticket allows full access to two waters. Choose the waters you want to fish and combine the two 12 month prices and then half the cheapest to give you the silver ticket cost of twelve months fishing.

The Gold ticket allows access to all of our current waters and any new ones added       during the year. The cost of the Gold Ticket is £1400.00. A Gold Pike ticket is £250.00 from 1st October to 15th March.
Each of our twelve month syndicate members benefit from the guest tickets system. As a member you are welcome to a 48 hour guest session on the other syndicate venues at a mutually acceptable time.

It is also possible to arrange a guest ticket for none members at low peak times. The cost of none member guest tickets is £35 per night or £60.00 for 48 hours.


These rules have been drawn up to protect the fish stocks and wildlife of the fisheries.
  • AJS Fisheries accept no responsibility for any injury, illness or damage to persons or property in connection with the facilities provided.
  • Anglers must park in designated areas & close all gates having passed through
  • Environment Agency Byelaws apply
  • No wading or swimming
  • Suitable landing nets and unhooking mats must be used. Pike anglers must also have appropriate unhooking equipment.
  • Fish to be returned to the water as soon as possible. Carp sacks are strictly forbidden.
  • No braided main line or casting leaders of any kind. Minimum of 15lb breaking strain.
  • No boats (except at Knipton and The Sailing lake)
  • No dogs (except Girton A)
  • Permit holders shall not add to, remove or alter in any way the banks, trees & land surrounding the fishery
  • Anglers must not engage in any actvity or angling practice that endangers the fish stocks, wildlife or water bodies of AJS Fisheries.
